Conveyor tracking allows for continuous picking without stopping the conveyor. It can accommodate a variety of products through workpiece identification via image processing. The alignment on the conveyor is unnecessary due to work posture judgment through image processing. The robot is HS-45332G/DENSO, with an arm length of 350mm and a payload capacity of 5kg. The handling method is suction-based. The camera is a monochrome CCD with 200 pixels (GigE/PoE compatible), and the lens is a 12mm CCTV lens from VS Technology, with lighting provided by a φ150 white lens illumination from CCS.
